It is with great excitement that I present you with our 2010 Conference, “Making Choices… Moving Forward”. After our January 2009 conference I heard from many of you saying, “Now I know what I have to do, but making choices and moving forward is so hard.” From your asking we customized a group of speakers Bios whom I believe is a brilliant variety of doctors, authors, and coaches that will guide, inspire and motivate you into your personal power. Learn how to create healthier patterns and discover new possibilities and options through deliberate creation.
We’ll begin each day with your choice of either movement or sitting meditation. Keynote speakers will be presenting powerful topics each morning and breakout classes will be available in the afternoon. Classes include cooking, art, holistic wellness and so much more. Each class is orchestrated to help you accept where you are, ease you into possibilities and set your forth eager for what lies ahead.
